Hybrid User Conference

The assignment: Emerging from covid lockdown, we needed to start small, incorporate some live elements, and some virtual elements. We introduced a live studio audience, with a behind the scenes element, tied into live streaming and on demand content.

The customer wanted to focus on the decision makers, and executives of their biggest customers for this scaled down version of their user conference. We upleveled this small conference for 100 attendees in person, and 220 joining virtually. We focusing on networking and making it posh and exec friendly, but also allowed the virtual audience to participate in discussions and meetings virtually. We also created a customer awards program, highlighting inspiring stories in the customers tech space, allowing for an added elements of celebration.
